Congratulations to Spec Resources for winning Waste Check’s Business of the Month for July 2011! In addition to excellent waste management processes, Spec Resources uses innovative and environmentally friendly building materials and systems. Some of their green initiatives include using energy efficient light bulbs, providing reusable cloth shopping bags, reusing office paper for printing purposes, shredding all paper materials on site to reduce transportation for a third party company to do so, shipping out empty ink cartridges through "Ribbons Recycle" every 5 weeks, and they also recycle all rechargeable batteries.
